SGAPL Order Desk is a private business application for authorised sales and administrative team members. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used.

Information we process

• Registered team members’ mobile numbers for OTP authentication.
• Names and roles of authorised sales and administrative users.
• Customer names, delivery details, product, quantity, price, GST selection and order remarks entered by authorised users.
• Order status history, invoice copies and LR transport documents when these features are used.
• Basic technical information required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorised users, create and manage customer orders, coordinate dispatch, provide invoice and transport documents, maintain order history and protect the service against unauthorised access.

Access and sharing

Sales users can access only their own orders. Authorised SGAPL administrators can access orders for operational processing. Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, or when required by law.

Service providers and storage

The app uses Google Firebase services for mobile-number authentication, database storage and document storage. Data may be processed on infrastructure operated by Google and its service providers, subject to their security and privacy controls.

Retention and security

Business records are retained for as long as necessary for order fulfilment, accounting, legal and operational requirements. SGAPL uses access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Authorised users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and business record-retention requirements. Users can sign out of the app at any time.

Children

This business application is not directed to children and is intended only for authorised adult SGAPL team members.
